I like it because it teaches kids about trust. This is where the fun begins with this book. In this episode of the Spongebob Saga, Spongebob receives a collectable and he lets his best friend Patrick hold on to it for a night. However, I can safely say that I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Usually, I give these kind of books a low grade. Overall, I rate this picture book a 9/10. it also has lots of pictures and details that would be good for a young child to read. In the text Patrick asks "what is a good toy if you cant play with it" and I think that’s a very good question. I think that this book is a great book for ages 3-7, it is very entertaining. SpongeBob gets a new toy in the mail and he is very excited and Patrick wants to play with it, but SpongeBob doesn’t want him to because it’s a collectors toy.

SpongeBob apologizes but points out that in Patrick’s anger he’s breaking his own things! Patrick sees the broken house and goes your right I’m a big clumsy oaf SpongeBob take back your toy before I break it! Which actually shows Patrick cares! I’m happy they didn’t make Patrick a major jerk in this book like some others do! He lends it to Patrick for the night and is worried Patrick might break it or open it from the box. So in this book SpongeBob gets a rare collectible mermaid man and barnical boy bubble blower and does not want to take it out of the box for collectors sake.
